You must complete and submit a total of 32 hours of community service through the duration of your TN Promise scholarship to remain eligible!
Submit Community Service Hours
Community service will be due no later than August 1 each year. You will submit at least 16 hours of community service by August 1 to cover the academic year. Any additional hours submitted will roll over to the next deadline. Once you submit 32 hours of community service that meet our guidelines, your community service requirement will be complete!
We recommend completing 32 hours as soon as possible! You may begin counting hours completed after August 1 of your junior year of high school!
The Class of 2027 may begin counting community service completed since August 1, 2025. Your first 16 hours will be due no later than August 1, 2027 for the 2027-2028 academic year. Your final 16 hours will be due no later than August 1, 2028 for the 2028-2029 academic year.
